Stronger teams. Fitter minds. Better businesses.

From the Founder

Corporate Run Club was created to bring people together through movement, challenge and shared achievement.

As a marathon runner and qualified running coach, I’ve seen first-hand how running can transform confidence, wellbeing and resilience — not just physically, but mentally. Especially in workplace settings, where stress and pace can take a toll, running offers a powerful release.

I launched Corporate Run Club to make running accessible to everyone — not just athletes — through structured coaching, motivation and a shared finish line to aim for. Today, we help organisations build healthier habits, stronger teams and proud moments employees never forget.

Why Corporate Run Club Exists

Wellbeing at work matters — but it needs to feel meaningful, engaging and achievable. Many people want to improve their fitness, reduce stress and boost energy, but starting alone is difficult.

A shared goal changes everything.

When colleagues train together — week after week — motivation grows, barriers break down and confidence builds. People support each other, celebrate progress and cross finish lines they once doubted possible.

Whether someone is a complete beginner or already active, our 12-week programmes make improvement accessible. With expert coaching, accountability and a real challenge to work towards, anyone can become a runner.

Corporate Run Club exists to prove that — and to help workplaces create healthier, happier and more connected teams.
